Keto 5-Ingredient Coconut Flour Cookies

  • 1/2 cup sugar-free peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons keto-friendly sweetener (such as monk fruit or stevia)

Instructions:

  1. Melt the peanut butter and coconut oil together in a bowl in the microwave or on the stove top.
  2. Add in the sweetener and mix well.
  3. Spoon the mixture into muffin cups (you can use silicone cups or a muffin pan lined with parchment paper).
  4. Place in the freezer for 20-30 minutes, or until they’re solid.
